It's time to place some focus and mindfulness back into your nutrition.
Just get a picture for 3 days of what your habits are like,
And most likely, you will see what habits are sabotaging you and which ones are serving you.
Wheat, dairy, and sugar less, fruits, veggies, and lean meats more!
You don't have to track forever, but go back to basics for a week and develop some new habits.
Wellness is a life long journey and there are no starts and stops.
But isn't it time to start feeling like sexy, confident woman I know you can be?
