Chuck it in the F*%K it Bucket

Chuck it in the F*%K it Bucket

Clearing, Cleansing, Letting Go,

Call it what you will.

We all need to do it,

But I kept coming back to the HOWWWWWWWWWW.

How do I do it?

Meditate.

I struggle.

Journal.

WHO HONESTLY HAS TIME FOR THAT?

Don't get me wrong I brain dump, but journal through my issues.

30 Years,

This could take awhile.

I never knew where to START.

And perhaps the fear of starting, brought out fears of what I would uncover.

But a good friend of mine, and Certified High Performance Coach, schooled me when she said,

"You keep hitting a block. I see it in the way you are reacting. If you want to get to that next level (ie more income, love, happiness, health), you gotta clear the stuff. Your stuff. You gotta clear it."

That was the second time I heard it something to that effect.

The first was when my mentor, Brendon Burchard, at a mastermind event,

Told us that we can't bring 2017's baggage into 2018, if we want this to be our breakthrough year.

Sometimes we don't act the first time we hear things,

But after my heart to heart with my friend.

I had to make a move.

So I've started a "F#$K It List."

If you don't like that term, call is a "Monkey List."

Meaning not my circus, not my monkeys.

Anyone that's upset me, words exchanged that didn't sit right with me, 

A thought that comes up from my past, disappointments in myself or others, expectations, worries,

It all goes in the F*&K Bucket.

I write it out on sticky notes and at the end of the week, I tear it up and toss it in the trash.

I've thought about burning it, sage-ing the house after, writing it as a note on my phone and then trashing it at the end of the week,

But the good old fashion pen, paper, and waste basket is doing just fine right now.

One week in and I can't believe how much LIGHTER I feel.

It's hard to explain.

That's why you have to do it.

Have you been holding on to past hurts, resentments, expectations, worries, or anger?

When I got going, I remembered something a high school basketball coach said to me that negatively impacted me,

And the cold feeling I got on the delivery room OR table birthing my son.

It's crazy what comes up, but you have to clear it.

You have to clear it.

And now you have a HOW.
