If you're like me, you always have a plan.
A plan for a plan.
Plan B, and C, and D.
Planning helps you get shit done.
Planning keeps you focused.
And I'll tell you, I'm a ninja in productivity.
Each week I podcast, blog, send out a newsletter, post on You Tube, Instagram, and go live on Facebook with a weekly show.
I lead workshops and speak around the world.
I teach on contract for my Nurse Educator position.
I lead a team of 8 in Network Marketing with Beachbody.
I exercise daily and cook plant based meals.
I have a roster of 5 solid business strategy, tech build, launch clients that I'm helping in their business.
I'm in a high level mastermind group with events and training with Bo Eason.
My planner is blocked out to maximize high performance.
But I'm realizing that I'm missing the FUN.
This past weekend I've started journaling why I'm missing fun, play, and down time in my life.
I've unpacked it a bit.
And I realized that down time means "not getting things done" or "missed opportunity" to me.
Growing up it was almost a sign of laziness.
We had to be achieving.
I don't think I will ever lose that drive, and I don't want to.
But I do want more FUN. Not big trip, epic vacation fun.
Just a slower day to day pace.
I've started putting the time it takes to complete the tasks next to my to do's.
I schedule in about 12 hours worth of work each day in about a 7 hour block.
No wonder why I'm stressed?
These next few months will be spent leaning out.
ONE crazy focused ninja business task a day.
More Yoga.
Less Social Media.
More walks outside.
More sunshine.
More reading.
More journaling.
I think I need a reset.
How about you?
